A play-based learning center parents can actually find

Shoishob is a play and learning center in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. Parents come for STEAM play, school readiness, and an inclusive program for children with autism and ADHD. The site has to explain those differences and make a visit or enquiry the obvious next step.

CONTEXT

Several programs, one center

Shoishob runs play-based early learning for children from about two years old. The Play Program uses a STEAM approach on weekends. The School Readiness Program runs on weekdays for ages two to four. A separate Special Play Program is built for children with autism and ADHD, with parents in the room.

Around the center are a STEAM lab for schools, workshops, a parents’ community, and a twelve-month early-childhood school. Each one has its own age, time, and reason to enquire. Search and the website have to keep those offers distinct.

THE CHALLENGE

What had to be clear

The work starts from the situation, not from a channel list.

  1. 01

Parents do not search for one phrase. They look for play, school readiness, STEAM, or support for autism and ADHD.

  2. 02

A single homepage cannot carry every age, timetable, and session length.

  3. 03

The useful outcome is a visit or an enquiry, not a page that only gets read.

  4. 04

Program facts — days, hours, ages, and the Mohammadpur address — have to stay easy to check.

WHAT WE DID

The work, in pieces

Each piece is something a visitor or a parent can actually use.

  • Search around the programs

Pages follow the words parents use: play, school readiness, STEAM, and inclusive early learning.

  • One page per offer

Play, school readiness, special play, the STEAM lab, workshops, and the parents’ community each have a clear home.

  • Visit information beside the offer

Address, phone, session length, and age sit with the program, so a parent does not have to hunt for them.

  • Parents in the journey

The parents’ community and in-session parent role are part of the story, not a footnote.

  • A direct way to ask

Enquiry sits next to the program a parent is reading, instead of a generic contact page only.

  • Measure the enquiry

The useful signal is a visit or a question about a named program, not traffic on its own.
