A clearer path into an HR system built for client work

HelloHRM is a cloud HR platform for organizations that manage people across clients and projects. Instalogic’s marketing work connects that product story — worklogs, leave, attendance, and the tools teams already use — to a site a buyer can evaluate.

CONTEXT

HR for companies with many clients

HelloHRM keeps employee records, leave, attendance, requests, announcements, assets, and projects in one cloud system, on the web and in a mobile app. Nothing has to be installed.

The part that sets it apart is worklogs. Service teams often track hours in Trello, Asana, or ClickUp because each client uses a different tool. HelloHRM pulls that time into one place so a company can see hours by customer, project, and task, and bill or report from it. Pricing is a free plan for a small team and a premium plan charged per user.

THE CHALLENGE

What had to be clear

The work starts from the situation, not from a channel list.

  1. 01

The product covers many HR modules. A homepage that lists all of them does not tell a buyer where to start.

  2. 02

The distinctive job is centralized worklogs for firms with several clients, not a generic employee directory.

  3. 03

Free and premium have to be understandable before someone creates an account.

  4. 04

After signup, people still need help content for worklogs, leave, and subscription.

WHAT WE DID

The work, in pieces

Each piece is something a visitor or a parent can actually use.

  • Lead with the job

The story starts with service teams, client work, and hours, then opens into the rest of HR.

  • Product pages with a next step

Modules, pricing, and help each point toward trying the free plan or talking about premium.

  • Search for the category

Pages are written for HR software, leave, attendance, and worklog intent, not for a feature dump.

  • A path through evaluation

Discover the problem, compare the fit, try the free plan, then set the team up.

  • Help after the click

Worklogs, connected apps, and subscription are documented so the product can be used without a sales call.

  • Watch the plan choice

The useful signal is a start on the free plan or a move to premium, not visits alone.
