Who we are
Instalogic is a digital marketing and technology company based at House 405, Road 6, Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka 1206, Bangladesh, working with clients in Bangladesh, Canada, the United States and other markets. For any privacy question or request, email info@instalogic.co.
Information we collect
We only collect personal information when you send it to us. Browsing the website does not require you to identify yourself.
- Free Marketing Audit form: your name, work email, website address (optional) and the goal you select.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and your message.
- With each form submission: the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. These help us respond, prevent spam and keep a reliable record.
- If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (UTM parameters), those tags are kept in your browser for that visit and sent with the form, so we know which campaign brought you.
- If you email us directly, we receive the information in your email.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for.
- To keep a record of enquiries and the conversations that follow.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.
- To protect the website and our forms against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Legal bases
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we use your information because you asked us to respond to you (steps before a contract), because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business and website, or because you gave consent where consent is required.
Where your information is stored and who can see it
Form submissions are emailed to Instalogic and stored in our website’s database, which is hosted by our hosting provider. Only Instalogic staff who need it can access them.
We use service providers to run the website, send email and protect our forms. They process information only on our instructions. Your information may be stored or processed in a country other than yours; where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave.
- Complain to your data protection authority.

The website does not currently set cookies for visitors. Our Cookie Policy explains this in detail and how it would change if we add analytics.

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
